AT Verify 12 Form 12 represents the vehicle's physical verification and is valid for 150 business days. To calculate the validity period, enter the verification date. The system then displays the number of days elapsed, the number remaining until the expiration date, and determines whether the verification is valid or not. It then displays the date after 150 business days. The 45-day verification period applies when the police verification is valid and included in a transfer.
