AlarmPal helps you wake up and actually get things done. It combines smart alarm challenges that stop you from falling back asleep, a Pomodoro focus timer that keeps you locked in, and an app blocker that removes distractions while you work. No accounts, no tracking, no ads. Your data never leaves your device. 🔔 Wake-Up Challenges That Work Regular alarms are easy to ignore. AlarmPal makes you earn your silence: - Math problems: solve arithmetic before the alarm stops (easy, medium, or hard) - Memory game: match cards to prove you're actually awake - QR code scan: place a code in your bathroom or kitchen and scan it to dismiss - Shake to dismiss: shake your phone a set number of times Stack multiple challenges on a single alarm for maximum effect. The QR code challenge is especially effective for heavy sleepers because it forces you to physically leave your bed. ⏰ Reliable, Customizable Alarms - Name each alarm and set custom ringtones or import your own audio files - Repeat on specific days of the week - Gradual volume and brightness increase for a gentle start - Vibration toggle, snooze control, and sorting options - Alarms persist across device reboots, so you never miss a wake-up after updates or restarts - Quick Settings tile for instant alarm access 🍅 Pomodoro Focus Timer with App Blocking Stay productive after you wake up: - Adjustable work and break cycles using the Pomodoro technique - Automatic app blocker removes distracting apps during focus sessions - Whitelist the apps you still need (messages, calls, etc.) - Smart accountability: if you want an early break, explain your reason and the assistant decides whether it makes sense - Runs reliably in the background as a foreground service 📱 App Blocker Group distracting apps and block them during focus sessions or on a custom schedule. Create groups like "social media" or "games," set when blocking kicks in, and whitelist essentials you still need access to. 🎨 Make It Yours - Light, Dark, and Glass themes with dynamic color options - Multiple clock fonts and custom background images - 12-hour or 24-hour display with scroll wheel time picker - Dozens of built-in ringtones, plus support for MP3, OGG, FLAC, and more 💬 Smart Assistant Talk to AlarmPal in plain language. When enabled, Power Guard prevents you from powering off your device while an alarm is ringing or a Smart Pomodoro focus block is active, helping you stay accountable to the alarms and focus sessions you set for yourself. -Power Guard is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by you in Settings. When active, the service only dismisses the system power menu during a ringing alarm or active focus block, and remains idle at all other times. AlarmPal does not use the Accessibility Service to read screen content, monitor user activity, or collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive data.
