Be Good

Be Good is a community-driven Android app designed to reduce food waste while spreading kindness and hope. Every day, many restaurants are left with perfectly good food at the end of their working hours. Instead of letting this food go to waste, Be Good allows restaurants to list surplus meals they wish to donate, helping preserve food, respect resources, and support those in need. Through the app, people who are in need of food can request available meals with dignity and ease. At the heart of Be Good are the Heroes — everyday people who volunteer their time and effort to deliver these meals. A Hero can accept delivery requests, pick up food from participating restaurants, and safely deliver it to those who need it most. Be Good is more than just a food-sharing app — it is a movement built on compassion, sustainability, and social responsibility. It brings together restaurants, volunteers, and communities in one simple platform that turns surplus food into meaningful acts of good. Key Features: • Restaurants can easily list surplus food at the end of the day • People in need can request available meals discreetly • Heroes can volunteer to pick up and deliver food • Helps reduce food waste and protect the environment • Encourages community engagement and charitable action Whether you are a restaurant owner who wants to give back, a Hero looking to make a difference, or someone in need of a meal — Be Good makes it possible for kindness to reach everyone. Together, we can save food, respect blessings, and make goodness accessible to all.
