Nepal-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) suitable for small businesses to enterprise-level organizations. The system supports both BS and AD date formats and includes features like employee management, leave management, holiday management, travel orders, shift swap requests, manual punch requests, geofence management, and attendance through mobile app or biometric devices. The system works with many ADMS-enabled biometric devices such as ZKTeco, Hikvision, Startek, Deli, and other compatible attendance machines. Employees can view attendance status, apply for leave, and receive office notifications, while administrators can manage employees, devices, reports, and attendance records.
