This app calculates the Solar Noon with a speech countdown timer. It is specifically made for Buddhist Monks, but those who follow 8 or 10 precepts will find this useful. Uses GPS capabilities and CIty Name position search with 40,000+ cities. It is very useful for monks who wish to immediately know the Solar Noon time without trouble. Version 1.4 will have Dawn times with a safety buffer setting.
