BeyondTrust Jump Client

You can dramatically increase your service desk’s reach and performance with the BeyondTrust Jump Client app. Mobile devices and tablets are being used more for non-traditional mobile uses, such as point-of-sale and kiosks. Support technicians can now connect to an unattended Android device by using the Bomgar Jump Client app. Even when the device is not in use or an end user is not present, background tasks can be conducted during business hours without any disruption. The BeyondTrust Jump Client app must be used in conjunction with the BeyondTrust Customer Client app to enable Unattended Android Access. Notes: BeyondTrust Jump Client runs on devices with an official Android operating system, 4.0.3 or above. This app works with existing BeyondTrust installations, version 17.1.1 and support sites with trusted CA-signed certificates.
