Run your day from one place — see who booked you, answer patient messages, accept incoming consultations, and manage your profile and earnings. Pull to refresh, open a thread, reply in seconds. • Appointments at a glance — Upcoming bookings, past consultations, and no-shows in a clear timeline. • Accept calls anywhere — Incoming voice and video consultations ring your phone like a regular call, even when the app is in the background. • Push notifications — Get alerted for every new message and call invitation so you never miss a patient. • Verified profile — Choose your specialty from the platform list. Your profile is tied to your medical license verification. • Earnings and withdrawals — View consultation earnings and request payouts to your bank or mobile-money account. • Offline-friendly — Clear feedback when the network drops, with automatic reconnection when you are back online. • Bilingual — Use the app in English or French at any time. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Patient data is confidential. Messages and consultation information are encrypted in transit and stored on secured cloud services (including Google Firebase). Voice and video calls are routed in real time through our calling provider and are not recorded by us. Access is limited to practitioners caring for each patient.
