FEATURE : - Presence In Out This feature is used to perform entry and exit absences. Equipped with Geo Tagging so that when absent enters and leaves not only the hours of absence are recorded but the location of the absence is also recorded (employees are only allowed to be absent within a radius of + 300 m from the hospital and specifically for employees who are given assignments outside, the location of absence will be recorded according to the point where the employee is absent). Apart from that, to better maintain the accuracy of attendance, employees are also required to take selfie photos at the location of the absence. - Performance data Each employee can monitor himself or his subordinates the performance of their respective Absences and Hours of Attendance. - Activity Report SI HANDER is also equipped with inputting activity reports in the form of resumes and details while the employee is on duty. This feature is of course very useful, especially for employees who work outside so that their superiors can directly monitor the results of the activities of their subordinates during outside assignments. Reports can be equipped with attachments in the form of documents or images. - Leave & Sick Permit The process of requesting and Approval of leave, be it sick leave, leave for important reasons, annual leave, maternity leave, leave outside the state's responsibility, or big leave can be done directly in the mobile application anytime and anywhere. The rest of each employee's leave can also be monitored in realtime. - Foreign Service Order This feature allows superiors to give direct orders to their subordinates to carry out Foreign Service and can monitor the location and activities of these subordinates through the absence of outside assignments and reports that are made. - Shifts change This feature is a facility for changing/adding shifts that can be made by superiors for subordinates if changes or additional shifts are needed - Multi-type user (Privileges are adjusted for each type of user) With multiple user types, it allows the system to provide different privileges for each type. For example, who can apply for leave and who can approve it.
