Soedjono Selong for attendance activities, uses geotagging technology, so that employee attendance at each location can be known accurately, and monitored in the form of an attendance Dashboard and Timesheet. FEATURE : - In Out Presence This feature is used to perform incoming and outgoing absences. Equipped with Geo Tagging so that when absences come in and out, not only the time of absence is recorded but the location of the absence is also recorded (employees are only allowed to be absent within a radius of 250 m from the hospital and especially for employees who are assigned outside duties, the location of the absence will be recorded according to the point where the employee is absent). Apart from that, to further maintain the accuracy of attendance, employees are also required to take selfies at the absence location. - Performance Data Each employee can monitor their own and their subordinates' performance of Absence and Attendance Hours; - Activity Report SI AKSEL is also equipped with inputting activity reports in the form of resumes and details while the employee is on duty. This feature is of course very useful, especially for employees on external duty so that their superiors can directly monitor the results of their subordinates' activities during external assignments. Reports can be accompanied by attachments in the form of documents or images. - Leave & Sick Permit The leave application and approval process, whether sick leave, leave for important reasons, annual leave, maternity leave, leave outside the state's responsibility, or long leave can be done directly in the mobile application anytime and anywhere. Each employee's remaining leave can also be monitored in real time - External Service Orders This feature allows superiors to give direct orders to their subordinates to carry out external service and can monitor the location and activities of their subordinates through absences from external duties and the reports they create. - Shift Change This feature is a facility for making changes/additions to shifts which can be done by superiors for subordinates if changes or additional shifts are needed - Multi user types (Privilege adjusted for each user type) With multiple types of users, it is possible for the system to provide different privileges for each type. For example, who can request leave and who can approve it. The type of user referred to is divided into 3, namely: Staff Supervisor (Direct superior) HR - Attendance performance dashboard per department per employee The type or level of Supervisor and HR are provided with facilities in the form of a dashboard in the application directly in the form of a Time Sheet so that they can monitor the attendance performance of their subordinates in real time - Notifications This feature makes it easier for users if there is something that needs to be followed up, such as an incoming leave request, whether the leave request has been approved or not, orders from foreign service, etc.
