CAFlash N54

CAFlash N54 is a flashing and diagnostic tool for the BMW N54 engine. It works with MSD80 and MSD81 DMEs. FLASHING Load a tune and write it to the DME. You can select from pre-configured options for TMAP sensor type, ethanol content, O2 banks, coils, oil pressure sensor and exhaust flap control. LIVE DATA Up to 72 logging values straight off the DME. Boost and boost target, timing for each cylinder, fuel trims, lambda, rail pressure, VANOS, knock, oil pressure and the rest. You can choose to display them as gauge while driving, or save the data to CSV for later viewing using the built-in log viewer or by uploading to datazap. LOG VIEWER Open any log you've recorded and plot it. Pinch to zoom, drag to move along the run, and drag the cursor to read every channel at one point in time. Pick which channels you want once and it remembers them for the next log. FAULT CODES & ADAPTATION CLEARING Active and historic codes, each with a description. Historic entries also give you the mileage at first, second and last occurrence, so you can tell an old fault from one that happened this morning. Clear codes and adaptations from the same screen. INJECTOR CODING Read the energy and flow values out of the DME, edit them, write them back. Export and import a set so you can move coding between ECUs. ISN CORRECTION Read the ISN from one MSD80 or MSD81 and write it into another. For replacing a faulty DME that still talks, or moving from an MSD80 to an MSD81.
