Outside, millions upon millions of zombies mutated by radiation and ever hungry roam in hordes, constantly seeking to devour the life within the city's walls. Inside are the terrified and weary survivors who have placed their last hopes on your leadership. Resources are scarce, dangers close on all sides, and the orders of old has toppled. You must build high walls, give light to the city, and build a home over the despair, rebooting civilization amidst the ruins. Will this city become humanity's ark? Or will it become its grave? Only you have the answer. Wasteland Construction In a resource scarce and desperate world, plan and build houses and farms, and electric and hydro facilities, maintaining the hope and lives of the survivors. Desperate Defenses Build sturdy city walls and defensive systems, deploy elite troops and withstand the endless tide of raging mutants. Explore the Unknown Send armies to explore wastelands encircled by danger, seeking precious supplies, deciphering the ruins, and unravelling plot upon plot, of how the world came to its end. Conflicting Factions Build Alliances with other player cities, or launch wars to seize rare resources. On these vile wastes, cooperation and betrayal are eternal themes.
