Carpe Control App

The Controller app is a required app for using the CARPE controllers on any Android system. This app will guide you through the connection process between the controller and your device (BT connection). You can also use the app for changing settings like, device orientation (CI Controller), app profile mode, setup wheel sensor (if present), change joystick sensibility (Adventure Control), change button backlight color and brightness (Adventure Control) and much more. Depending on the device the app also allows you to monitor connection state and battery or voltage level. This app includes our CARPE Accessibility Service that uses the Android Accessibility API to allow features like: - Detect app in focus - Adapt controller key profiles to in focus app - Start the quick setting HUD view This means the app will read your active(in focus) app package name, will read app UI-related information (UI IDs), key events and will be able to perform actions for you (button presses and gestures). Our app does NOT connect to the internet to send any data, we do not collect any usage information and you are capable of disabling this service at any time! Our accessibility service DOES NOT perform any action without your consent or action! All events performed by our accessibility service are triggered by your actual key presses and there is no unattended background actions!
