Adjacent slots form a 512×256 wide chart. - Short text — today's value plus a short unit suffix (e.g., "8200 / steps"). Pixel sizes are render sizes; watch faces scale to the slot. Bitmaps have transparent backgrounds and can be tinted by watch faces that support it. ** Available metrics ** - Steps — daily count - Calories — daily active kcal (resting not included) - Distance — daily; in m / km / mi - Floors — flights of stairs - Elevation — vertical metres gained - Heart rate — rolling 1-hour trend, one bar per minute (mean bpm) Daily charts show 7 days; the heart-rate chart shows 60 minutes. Heart rate has no standalone short-text variant — it appears as text only via the All Data Carousel, showing resting heart rate (min bpm in the hour). ** Per-metric or All Data Carousel ** Place dedicated complications, or use the All Data Carousel to switch between metrics on demand: - Place an All Data chart on one slot. - Place the All Data Switch on another slot. - Tap Switch to cycle: Steps → Heart Rate → Calories → Distance → Floors → Elevation → Steps. All Data Source shows the active metric name; All Data Today shows today's value (resting HR for heart rate). ** Setup & customization ** Long-press the watch face → Customize → tap a slot → pick Fit Data Complication → choose metric + shape. Repeat per slot. The watch app lets you set chart thresholds, bar opacity, weekday labels, and manual day entry. ** What this app does NOT do ** No workout tracking, no GPS, no sleep tracking, no reports beyond 7 days, no exporting, no account. ** Limitations ** - Not real-time. Expect 1–5 minute lag; tap any complication to force a refresh. - Heart rate depends on your watch. Requires Body Sensors permission and Wear OS "Fitness and wellness" access. - Daily metrics reset at midnight. ** Troubleshooting ** If complications stop showing data: - Body sensors: "Allow all the time" so HR keeps flowing while another face is showing. - Physical activity: allowed (for steps / calories / distance / floors / elevation). - Samsung watches: Settings → Apps → Fit Data Complication → Permissions → turn OFF Pause app activity if unused. When on, Wear OS silently revokes permissions after a few days. ** Battery, privacy, compatibility ** - Subscribes to Health Services' existing passive data stream only — no background work, GPS, or network. Battery impact is minimal. - All data stays on the watch.
