In short, we give a new function to old buildings. We believe in revival and open the doors wide for a breath of fresh air. Instead of artificial respiration of buildings, we disconnect our projects and create new independence. Existing but abandoned real estate is a hindrance for many municipalities, investors and companies. We use these buildings in particular as building blocks for a new future.
