With the CHEN app, you can place laundry orders directly from your phone, schedule pickups and deliveries, and pay seamlessly using your in-app wallet. Simply select the clothes you want cleaned, choose the services you need, pick a preferred store, and schedule a pickup time either instantly or for a later date. Your wallet allows you to top up funds in advance. Once your laundry is processed, the store sends a bill for your review. You can accept or reject the bill before your wallet is debited, giving you full control over your payments.
