CosmoCast [How to use] After installed, first input ZIP code(post code) and Click search then input zip code location automatically. Next click register , it will start working. [Main function] - It can hear broadcasting that specified Zip code broadcasting. - Broadcast can be recording 10 times. - Recording broadcast can hear after speak. - It can also receive text message that sending specified zip code. Attention!! - Operate Announcer of broadcasting can select mode normal or emergency. When operator selected emergency, the broadcasting will hear Though Listener select silent mode of smart phone. - When first cosmocast installation, please allow file access and recording voice.If it is not allowed the cosmocast application not Working correctly.
