We are a Startup specialized in traffic legislation that acts in the administrative sphere in favor of our customers. We have developed an App that communicates to our customers when there are any infractions, points or administrative process by CNH. The company collaborates for a more legal transit through prevention and education. Our main objective is to prevent problems in relation to the Brazilian traffic code for our customers, who have a fleet of vehicles and drivers. With regard to traffic fines, we identified that the main difficulty for companies was to receive notifications of traffic fines so that within the legal period they could identify the driver who committed the infraction and indicate it so that there was no penalty for the NIC fine (fine for no driver indication). Another very important factor, our App queries the CNH status of its drivers, because, unfortunately, several drivers have their CNH suspended and end up not even knowing about this block.
