CMS Engineer

CMS Engineer is a specialized application designed to facilitate and streamline the process of managing diamond machine repairs. The app allows users to create complaints related to malfunctioning diamond machines and assigns repair tasks to engineers for resolution. Our goal is to enhance efficiency in tracking and managing repair requests while ensuring engineers receive detailed information to perform their tasks effectively. To provide a seamless experience, CMS Engineer collects certain personal and non-personal data. This includes user details such as names, contact information, and company affiliations, which help in complaint management and task assignments. Additionally, we collect non-personal data, such as device information and app usage patterns, to enhance the app’s functionality and security. The information gathered is used strictly for service improvement, complaint tracking, and task management, ensuring a smooth workflow between users and engineers. We take user privacy and data security seriously. CMS Engineer does not sell or trade personal data. However, necessary information may be shared with authorized engineers, administrators, and service providers involved in app functionality. This is to ensure complaints are handled efficiently and engineers have access to relevant data for repairs. If required by law, data may be shared with legal authorities to comply with regulations.
