The National Highway Real-Time Traffic Update app is a real-time video tracking tool designed for daily highway users. It covers major national highways including National Highway 1, National Highway 1 Elevated Road, National Highway 1 Kaohsiung Port, National Highway 2, National Highway 2A, National Highway 3, National Highway 3A, National Highway 3 Gangxi Link Road, National Highway 3 Nangang Link Road, National Highway 4, National Highway 5, National Highway 6, National Highway 8, and National Highway 10. This allows you to view real-time traffic conditions before setting off or while stuck in traffic, eliminating the need to guess the flow of traffic ahead based on experience. The app automatically groups roads by interchange and road segment. For example, National Highway 1 is organized with monitors for sections including Xizhi End, Diding, Xiatayou, Huanbei, Wugu Interchange, Taishan Interchange, and Airport System; National Highway 5 covers sections including Nangang System, Shiding, Pinglin Traffic Control, Toucheng, Yilan, and Luodong. Simply tap the street segment label to expand or collapse the monitors in that group. The view is clear, and the operation is intuitive. Even with a long list of monitors, you can quickly find the segment you want to view, avoiding getting lost among dense mileage numbers. Tap any monitor item to open a real-time video window for that segment within the app, allowing you to quickly check traffic flow and weather conditions. It also supports pull-down navigation and a back button, with operation logic similar to a regular browsing app, making it easy to use. The app automatically detects network connectivity upon launch. If Wi-Fi or mobile data is not detected, it will prompt you to turn on the network before using the app, preventing a blank screen from being mistaken for a program problem.
