Here's how the photoTAN process works via computer: You perform a transaction on another device, such as a PC. Your transaction is automatically transferred to the comdirect photoTAN app, and a notification appears on your smartphone. Tapping the notification opens the photoTAN app. Review the transaction and authorize the TAN by sliding the arrow from left to right. The familiar scan function of the comdirect photoTAN app remains available. This is recommended, for example, if your smartphone is not connected to the internet. To use it, select the "photoTAN Graphic" method on your computer and then open the scan function in the bottom left corner of the comdirect photoTAN app on your smartphone. Here's how the App2App process works: You perform a transaction in another comdirect app. During the authorization process for your transaction, the photoTAN app will open automatically.
