Sizzling Platter Connect is an application that allows users of the Labor Manager solution to create, share, and accept offered shifts. It allows managers to request qualified employee help from outside of their own employee pool. By pooling together all employee resources in a market, stores are better able to meet their staffing needs through this tool.
