We are a community of women committed to the Kingdom, the Word and the eternal purpose of God. The Inspiring Leadership Community exists to heal, activate, align and empower female pastors, ministry leaders, cell leaders and aspirants who wish to serve with excellence, bear fruit with wisdom and lead with spiritual authority. Here, you do not walk alone. With in-depth content, mentoring with Rev. Rafaela Marques, exclusive teaching paths for each level of leadership, practical materials, a space for prayer, communion and real exchange with other leaders — this is the right environment for those who want to grow, stand firm and fulfill their calling with boldness. If God has called you, this is your place.
