Plano de Vida

Learn how to have a spiritual life in practice and how you can do it to also give meaning to your life! Many think that in the spiritual life it is enough to fulfill one commandment or another, that it is enough to read a few books and that is enough. No! Spiritual life can no longer be a drawer of your life, as if you were to say, "Oh, I go to the gym, I work with such a thing, I'm married, and I pray." Prayer is no longer a task you do, but something that should be intrinsic to your everyday life.
