COPC’s MyChart offers you quick and easy access to your COPC medical record. With MyChart, you can: - Communicate with your care team through messages, prescription requests, and e-Visits - Review your medical information, including upcoming appointments, tests, and procedures, lab and imaging results, medication and immunization history, and After Visit Summaries - Schedule and manage appointments with your provider - Review and pay your bill online - Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
