Planeja Girassol

The Sunflower Planning app is developed at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) and, based on the target harvest date, determines the sunflower sowing date. This app was designed to work entirely offline, overcoming one of the main challenges of technologies aimed at the rural environment: the lack of connectivity. This allows for field use, facilitating crop monitoring in different regions.
