Quit Addiction: Addicted

Quitting a habit takes time. Addicted gives you a way to track that time, and something to work toward each day. Choose the habits you want to change, track your streaks, and earn Willpower Points for the days you stick to your goals. Use those points to fight monsters that represent your addictions. Whether you want to stop smoking, quit vaping, cut back on drinking, or spend less time on a habit that’s taking over your day, you can track your goals in one place. MAKE YOUR PROGRESS VISIBLE A streak shows how far you’ve come. In Addicted, that progress also helps you take on monsters and win battles. It adds a game to the daily work of changing a habit. Had a setback? Log it and keep going. You can be honest about a difficult day without giving up on your goal.
