Choreograph

Choreograph is an app for residents and their families, to access and interact with services provided by the Choreograph communities. The following functionalities are available: ● Directories: Find and connect with other residents and team members. ● Activities: Access all the calendars, details about the activities, and the ability to sign-up for activities. ● Maintenance and housekeeping: Place repair and service requests. ● Transportation: Schedule and reserve individual and group rides. ● Visits: Sign up and announce visitors to staff and residents ● News: Stay up-to-date on what is happening within the community. ● And much more! This easy-to-use app also provides a personal schedule giving you an overview of all the activities you signed up for, any transportation rides you have scheduled, and other personal appointments. A notification center informs you when the status of one of your requests is updated. The Choreograph app is an invite-only app, exclusively accessible for residents of Choreograph communities and their families.
