Download the Recon Cloud companion app to configure additional features on-the-go and discover new games to play! Note: Before you can tune the mobile gaming performance of the product, the firmware must be updated to the latest version. Search for Turtle Beach Control Center app, on the Microsoft Store from your Xbox console or Windows PC and download it. Plug the controller in, launch the app and select your product. The app will check your firmware version, and then you can begin the update.
