My Policy - View your policy number, plan, annual limit, policyholder guide (downloadable PDF), and network type (Open or Closed). - View your electronic card and policy certificate*. - The policyholder can review the terms and conditions of their dental insurance and those of their beneficiaries (if applicable). *Applies to Traditional and Individual plans. 2. Network Dentist and Optician Finder - Search by: Address, geographic location, specialty, office, dental clinic, or optician. - Find the name, address, specialties, and hours of operation of all our providers. 3. Dental Appointment Scheduling - Provide three dates and times for greater availability. - Confirm your appointment in the Notifications section. - Check your upcoming appointments, including date, time, and address, and contact the provider if you have any questions. - The policyholder can schedule appointments for their beneficiaries. 4. Favorites - Save your provider as a favorite and keep their information handy. 5. Support - We're here to help. You can email us or call our Dentegra Contact Center. 6. Notifications - Receive reminders the day before your appointment. - Access relevant information about your policy. - Evaluate our service through surveys.
