Since New Year's Day in 1997, the Yilan Hospital of the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan was restructured into a hospital affiliated to Yangming University. It is no longer under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health, nor is it entrusted to Taipei Veterans General Hospital to operate. Yilan Hospital is entering another new era, symbolizing a new milestone for the century-old hospital. With many warm blessings and deeper expectations from all walks of life, we must think about what needs to be accomplished in order to live up to everyone's expectations and make it happen. Social resources can be used more properly and effectively.
