Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club application The first official application from the club to clarify all the activities, areas and important events of the club The sons of Dibba Al-Hisn founded Al-Zafer Club in Kuwait, and with it another club was founded, known as Al-Fajr Club in 1967. Upon returning to the UAE, the two clubs merged in 1974 and was named Al-Hosn Sports and Cultural Club. The only game in existence was football through the first team.
