dotmoovs: Movement Analysis

dotmoovs connects your training to the specialist who supports you, even when you train on your own. You have access to your training plan and can complete each session in two modes: Camera, with movement analysis, or Guided, with videos to guide you through each exercise. At the end of every session, you get a summary of your performance and what you did. Your specialist can also follow your results, leave feedback directly on your session and adjust your plan whenever needed. So you always know what to do next, can track your progress, and stay connected to your specialist between sessions.
