This application is used to “create” and “edit” text files. You can “Create”, “Open” and “Save” files on your phone. It has a simple file browser to help you to “choose a file” when opening a file and to “choose a location” when saving a file. it has the following features: - Open last file - Auto Save - Auto Indent Text - Undo/Redo - Text Wrap - Search/Replace Text - Line Number - Go to (start of file, end of file, line number) - Recently opened file - Share selected text, share text content, share as file - Insert Symbol The availability of symbols depends on the device's font configuration. Right-to-left (RTL) symbols are not supported. - Text-to-Speech (TTS) - Keep Screen On options - File info options - Responsive scrolling - Responsive typing text - works with both "Portrait" and "Landscape" screen orientation - auto restore cursor position when opening application to the position where you left off - supports cloud storage, such as “Google Drive”, “Drop Box”, etc (has been tested on devices running Android 10 and 11) - works with any file selected on the Phone - no character count limitation - the capability to run a local web page (web preview for html file) for devices running Android version < 10 (less than version 10). - print feature (print to printer or print to pdf) - supports Dark mode (theme) - supports Read-Only mode - it has the unsaved changes indicator of opened file on the title bar - It has a simple syntax highlighting/coloring feature for Java, Kotlin, Swift, Dart, C#, C/C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Go, and Python programming languages. notes: * it can work with a huge text file (10000+ lines of text) * there will be some delay when opening a huge text file * When Text Wrap is turned off, the app can work with files up to 16 MB in size, and even 24 MB. However, it is recommended to work with files that are around 8 MB or smaller. * it needs the INTERNET permission in order to run a web preview feature additional information: Starting from version 2.4, if you want to save a file as plain text with a .txt extension, you must include the extension in the filename when saving, because the app will not add it automatically.
