CSite

CSite allows facilities managers (FMs), and property managers (PMs) to conduct onsite surveys of a portfolio of buildings, using a consistent, structured set of questions related to their custom set of "assets" and buildings. All the details sync back to Dwellant - the cloud-based service for property management. Save time onsite, automatically writes its own site inspection report and ensures you have perfect records of the survey, the resulting tasks, and the outcome/resolution's. There is growing concern about record keeping of inspections, and that your organisation has kept good records. Having legally binding secure records, and a consistent approach across your team is vital.
