The Folstein 1975 Mini Mental State or MMSE is a standardized clinical instrument for the assessment of cognitive functions designed for rapid detection of cognitive deficits, particularly in geriatrics. In France, MMS is recommended as a screening test by HAS (Diagnosis and management of Alzheimer's disease and related syndromes). It allows a comprehensive assessment of the cognitive functions of a patient. The consensus version of the MMSE established by GRECO is used. Thus, Dynseo, in collaboration with GRECO (Reflection Group on Cognitive Evaluations) has developed the MMS © GRECO mobile application, which while remaining faithful to the original test, automates the test process.
