MMS mobile app is the digitalization of MMS clinical test
The Folstein 1975 Mini Mental State or MMSE is a standardized clinical instrument for the assessment of cognitive functions designed for rapid detection of cognitive deficits, particularly in geriatrics. In France, MMS is recommended as a screening test by HAS (Diagnosis and management of Alzheimer's disease and related syndromes). It allows a comprehensive assessment of the cognitive functions of a patient. The consensus version of the MMSE established by GRECO is used. Thus, Dynseo, in collaboration with GRECO (Reflection Group on Cognitive Evaluations) has developed the MMS © GRECO mobile application, which while remaining faithful to the original test, automates the test process. The application allows in particular: - Fill in the results of an MMS test by quick entry - Create patient files and have the patient take the test - To consult the results of a patient in his E-Test file - Display of the results graph - Consultation of patient files - Sending results by email The little extras: - The identity of professionals is verified - The MMS is done without internet - Within an institution (hospital, practice), each professional can create an account including all of their patients and the E-Test files of these patients
