TusVecinos is the first App for neighborhood communities designed by and for the community and regardless of the administrator you have. TusVecinos allows you to manage the reservations of the common spaces, send notifications to the neighbors, generate notices and incidents and their follow-up and a private notice board for the community itself Use of the application includes the following: • Configuration of the community with its particularities (common areas, hours, contact telephone numbers, emails, etc.) • Management of common areas and pool capacity • Unlimited number of users for the community • Unlimited storage of information • Upload of minutes and statutes to the application and availability for all users • A magnet for each home with the unique QR code and identifier for the residents of that home.
