You do not have to quit your phone overnight. Mola helps you build a clear, repeatable rhythm for the apps that distract you most. For each selected app, choose a daily screen-time budget, the maximum length of one session, and the break you will take afterward. When time is up, Mola temporarily blocks the app and reminds you to step away. REQUIRED ANDROID ACCESS Mola uses two Android access types for its core app-limiting feature: • Usage Access calculates how long selected apps have been used. • AccessibilityService detects when a selected app is in the foreground and shows the break screen when a session, break, or daily limit applies. Mola does not use AccessibilityService to read screen content, typed text, or personal messages. AccessibilityService can be turned off at any time in Android settings.
