Thanks to a simple login method (password, PIN or biometrics), you have access to the application where you activate the e-invoice, make payments, check consumption and details of your contract. Here you can book an appointment at the Customer Service Office and use the chat with our consultants. Main application functionalities: - activation, preview and downloading of e-invoices, - paying invoices and viewing payments made, - checking the balance, reading history and energy consumption, - preview of contract details, - updating contact details, - booking a visit to the Customer Service Office, - contact with Enea via chat or contact form, - independent, flexible configuration of the application desktop.
