eBoite is an application that allows you to receive and view messages sent by your users via a dedicated website. When a user scans a QR code (generated by your service), they are redirected to a secure site where they can submit a suggestion, complaint or message of appreciation. The eBoite application allows you to: ✅ Receive messages in real time ✅ Access the history of returns received ✅ Organize reviews by department or point of contact ✅ Be notified as soon as a message is submitted Important: the message is sent via a website. The mobile application is intended for receiving and tracking returns.
