This way you save time and quickly recoup the costs of Exact WMS. 2. Picking orders with a barcode scanner: zero chance of errors With Exact WMS you no longer need a paper picking list. The picking list is sent directly to a barcode scanner. The scanner then sorts the picking orders per warehouse location. You can combine multiple orders to make picking faster. If there is a difference between the goods picked and the number of goods in the order, Exact WMS can automatically create a backorder and process the rest of the order. Your picking process is so much faster. 3. Determining the fastest picking route and always stocked pick-up locations Thanks to the 'replenishment' functionality, picking locations in your warehouse are always replenished on time.
