MyCBHA allows you to: • View and Schedule Medical Appointments • Request Medication Refills • View Lab Results • Pay Bills • View yours and your family medical records (some restrictions may apply) • Connect and securely communicate and share data with your healthcare provider team • Complete pre-visit and other forms prior to your visit • Integrate with Apple HealthKit to retrieve daily exercise logs, sleep patterns and health data To use the MyCBHA App, you will need an invitation or login information from CBHA.
