Coaches Forge

Coaches Forge is the AI-powered coaching platform that helps you plan better practices, keep your staff in sync, and manage your team — all from your phone. Whether you coach rec league soccer, varsity lacrosse, or a full high school athletic program, Coaches Forge gives you tools that used to require a coaching staff of 10 and a budget to match. HOW IT WORKS Describe your practice goals and constraints. Our AI builds a structured practice plan with drills, timing, progressions, and position-group assignments — tailored to your sport and experience level. Start the plan and every coach on your staff sees the same live timer, current drill, and auto-advance notifications in real time. AI PRACTICE PLANS Generate structured practice plans for 14 sports in under 60 seconds. Each plan includes warm-up, skill work, team drills, conditioning, and cool-down with coach notes and equipment lists. Edit, save, reuse, and export to PDF.
