Articles, X (Twitter) posts, Telegram channel messages, and fresh VPN configurations are broadcast as QR code sequences on satellite TV. Turn on satellite TV to a channel carrying the broadcast. 2. Open Eagle Eye and point your camera at the screen. 3. Wait for the progress bar to fill. 4. Read, search, and save. Every article, post, and message is cryptographically signed before broadcast and verified on your phone. Tampered content is rejected before display. • Encrypted on device. Articles, channels, messages, and cryptographic keys are stored with AES-256 encryption (SQLCipher + Android Keystore). • Resilient reception. Miss up to 30 percent of the QR codes and the broadcast still reconstructs in full, with no rescan needed. • X and Telegram.
