Barroso Facilita is the official app of the City Hall to bring citizens closer to municipal public services. With the app, you can: • Open service requests and incident reports (potholes, street lighting, tree trimming, among others), with photo and location • Track the progress and history of your requests • Read news and follow the city's event calendar • Answer surveys and satisfaction polls • Consult city hall documents and forms • Chat with the city hall and receive official notifications
