Alongside our class schedule, you can book recovery sessions in our infrared sauna or cold plunge to support rest, circulation and resilience. Whether you’re brand new to Yoga or Pilates, returning after time away, or have been practising for years, our teachers create classes that are thoughtful, layered and welcoming.
