Help where you are. OmaPohde is a secure digital service for residents of the North Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county. It allows you to manage your social and healthcare matters conveniently wherever you are. In the application you will find the Digital Social and Health Centre, where you can communicate with professionals through chat channels or participate in a pre-booked video appointment. In addition to the Digital Social and Health Centre, OmaPohde allows you to manually record health measurements, such as blood pressure or blood glucose values, for your own tracking and for sharing with healthcare professionals when needed. You can also submit contact requests through the service. You can use Pohde services on behalf of your dependent child under the age of 12, or on behalf of another adult with an authorised proxy. You always communicate with a Pohde professional. The application does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. The service is continuously developed and new services are automatically updated in the application.
