THIS APPLICATION HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH THE POLICE OR ANY STATE OR GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY This application was developed by a private citizen with the intention of allowing other citizens to report illegally parked cars to the respective authorities, under paragraph 5 of article 170 of the Highway Code.
