Transfers to Armenia can be made using either a card number or an IDBank phone number. Transfers to Belarus can only be made using a card number. It's also important to note that transfers to these countries are currently only available to citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia. To send money from Armenia to Russia, you need to top up your idram wallet or use an IDBank ruble account. Then, using the idram app, send the money to your idpay account (in the "Pay or transfer" section, select "To idpay wallets"). You can then withdraw the money to any Russian card. You can see the current exchange rate in the app before making a transfer. Limits - The standard limit is 200,000 rubles per month, with a maximum transfer amount of 100,000 rubles. If you need to transfer larger amounts, you can increase the limit to 2,000,000 rubles per month, with a maximum transfer amount of 400,000 rubles.
