LaoKYC is a joint development between Ministry of Technology and Communications, Lao PDR (Previously named Ministry of Post and Telecommunications), Ministry of Health Lao PDR, and SB Lab 856 Co., Ltd 3Grab is Simcard registrations service for citizen to register simcard with government authority.  iCheck allows users to scan QR-Code on the vaccine ID. By scanning this QR code, you will be able to validate owner of vaccine ID, status of vaccine doses, vaccine name, vaccine date.
