The books for Likkutei Torah and Torah Or are a collection of Mamarim recited by the first Admor of Chabad Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi (Baal HaTanya) on the weekly parsha and Holidays (a significant part of the book is dedicated to articles recited on the Shir Hashirim), compilation and printing of the book was made by his grandson The Tzemach Tzedek. The Lubavitcher Rebbe's teaching is well known that everyone should study these articles during the week, and try to finish the entire book during the year.
